Has anyone actually implemented this? I'm trying to confirm whether Schedule Optimization works with Contractor Management.
- From what I see, there are no contractor-specific options in the policy configuration.
- Out of the box, if you use drag-and-drop or dynamic scheduling, the task gets assigned to the External Contractor Manager, not to an actual contractor user.
- Also, how does this impact scheduling? Are contractor schedules even considered?
if not, work around is to treat them as internal users?
Solved! Go to Solution.
