Follow on task error message in Field Service Mobile

I am recieveing an error message when creating a follow on task from the Close Complete screen in Field Service Mobile.  

The error message reads "The follow on task doesn't meet the conditions to run qualification flow".  Qualification has been disabled in Field Service Configuration.    After the error message shows, I validated the follow on Task is created and the previous Task is closed as expected.  

How can we get rid of this error message and redirect the user appropriately when creating a follow on Task?

Do you know the exact BR you adjusted? I'm not able to find this text in any BRs/Script includes in our environment.

hmm i thought it was a BR but i cant find it in my PDI either. 
I dont remember the solution, but open a ticket with SN
