FSM Dynamic Scheduling not working

Hello Experts,

Auto Assignment stopped working in San Diego release. I am facing the issue with FSM dynamic scheduling where Work Order Tasks are not getting auto assigned to the Agents when I click the "Auto Assign" UI action.

When I hit Auto Assign UI action getting error "Something went wrong. Please rerun."

I have made agent available at the WOT specified time by adding the Agent work schedule. Also I checked that there is no work in progress WOT assigned to the agents.

I checked the "DynamicSchedulingAgentRecommendation" script include but the error I am getting is not there in this script.

 

Anybody have any idea on this.
