I just started the Implementation course and i have noticed some of the tasks being listed in the labs cannot be done in the lab instance and even the PDI. For example,
- Lab 2.2.1 asks you to create your territory but google has stopped providing free license keys so this cannot be completed.
- Lab 2.3.1 asks you to edit Dexter and Leon's skill level using the list view however, there seems to be a security constraint that doesn't allow you to perform this function. I even went ahead as adding the skill_admin role to the user but i am still unable to edit that field.
Overall, the implementation course and how the modules and labs are placed needs a 360 revamp! So many tasks can't be completed and it takes away the flow of the course if you are not able to practice what you are learning.

good catch! Please keep and document these things and then you can raise a HI Case for ServiceNow to know about it. Also, there is survey after passing the training where you can mention it, but with the surveys it's hard to tell if someone reads them or just the values are measured in reports or such...
Navigate to ServiceNow University > Help Center in the top menu:
https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/pages/now-learning-help-center?id=nl_kb_home
and on the right side there is [+ Create Case] button to create that support case.
