How do I resolve a Field Service - Dispatcher Workspace 500 error?

Hello, 

How do I resolve the spinner on my dispatcher workspace that always results in a http 500 error?

I do not have admin rights, but maybe you can give me some things to have my admins try.

I am encountering a similar error.
Sometimes the Dispatcher Workspace shows a 500 error, but now is simply in an enternal loading loop..

Not all of our users are affected

There appears to be a null pointer exception somewhere in the system while fetching the data for dispatcher workspace. Can you check out the log on the syslog table for errors?

 I am encountering the same issue. The error statements in the sys log are:

1. null: no thrown error

2. APPSEE Analytics Log - Appsee : Request not sent to uri= /consent/by-ip/v2 : java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: host parameter is null: no thrown error

Have there been any solutions for this?

@Anderson_R  Can you please provide a case / case task for this ? There could be multiple reasons for this error however a deeper look is needed to understand the underlying issue
