Hello Folks,
I was going through the Booking/Appointment API topic and was curious to know if can we configure it in our PDI?

hi Gaurav,

Do you mean Walkup experience? Did you try activating the plugin? Once done you should be able to find it in API namespace in REST API Explorer

@_Gaurav This should be available in PDI too, given the related plugin is activated.

On your PDI you can activate Appointment Booking plugin which will also give you access the Booking/Appointment API in REST API explorer.

Now the API input/outputs cannot be configured but will need to be customized.

 

However, there are modules to configure appointment booking application from the perspective of timings, breaks and frequency of appointments to generate to show on the UI and allow booking the appointments. Documentation can be found here to show how to configure Appointment booking service configuration in the context of Field service management application.
