Keyword search not returning results in Dispatcher workspace for Dispatcher groups

Hi, 

The Keyword search is working fine for 'Assigned to, account, contact, short description', however when searching the WOTs using the Dispatcher group, it is not returning any results. Wondering if we need to enable any settings to search the WOTs using the Dispatcher Group field?
