I have been working on enhancing our current configuration is request-driven. We email vendors to accept/reject work orders. The accept reject notifications on accept, are noted in the activity stream, then set the process flow to work in progress.
I have been asked, to use just the work order to be visible to the vendor in the outsourced service providers table to be able to see the work order in the contractor portal. Not allowing task or parent-child relationships.
I am not able to find a how-to on this type of configuration. Or a use case. Please assist with guidance. It will be much appreciated.
