It looks like you're trying to install a plugin in PDI that requires a dependent plugin, which is available in the ServiceNow Store as a paid plugin. Since paid plugins cannot be installed in PDI, the FSM plugin cannot be installed in PDI.

@HimavarshiniY you can install in your PDI - I have it, there are dependencies/plugins install sequence... 
i remember i had a similar issue, try updating/repairing your CSM workspace related plugins

Hi @Joshua Chen MTL , can you give me that sequence or the list of plugins i need to repair. i have tried repairing csm related plugins but it did'nt work for me. Request you to give a some guiding steps to get the dispatcher workspace on my PDI. Thanks in advance.
