“ ServiceNow mobile agent server with specified host name could not be found”

While activating the ServiceNow mobile agent application for one of our client instance we found below error:

“ ServiceNow mobile agent server with specified host name could not be found”.

 

What can be the possible reason. Is there any specific plugings which needs to be enabled to provide field engeeners with the option to use FSM on mobile

Can you give details about which mobile app version you're using and the source of the app - iOS App store or Android Play store?

Also can you mention the example client instance URL? Mainly to indicate whether it is *.service-now.com or some other instance URL? or perhaps an on-prem client instance?
