Alternatively, you can navigate to:
All > Field Service > Dispatcher Workspace Configuration > Task Info Fields.
This will directly open the Dispatcher Workspace Task Info field set, where you can add the necessary fields.

Once added, you will see the Work Order Account and Work Order Short Description displayed on the task card in the contextual side panel within the Dispatcher Workspace.

Application Field Sets is the central place to configure the Task Card, Task Info Card in the Contextual Side Panel, Agent Info Card, and Dispatcher Workspace Event Body.

Note: To see the changes take effect, log out and log back in to the instance.

for task info fields, i notcied the ''always  show'' and ''default show value'' does not do anything, have you noticed the same?

also, the order of the fields do not follow the sequence that is configured, e.g. state and priority always keep the same position even if you put order =300

Hi @Joshua Chen FX,

In the Dispatcher Workspace, the visibility of fields on the task card or contextual side panel is controlled by two settings:

  • Always show: When enabled, this option ensures that the field is always displayed and cannot be removed by the dispatcher. This is typically used for critical fields that must remain visible at all times.

  • Default show: When enabled, this option ensures that the field is displayed by default, but the dispatcher can choose to hide it based on their preferences.

For example:

  • The Account field has "Always show" set to true, so it always appears and the dispatcher cannot hide it.

  • Fields like Location and Assignment Group have "Default show" enabled (but "Always show" is false), so they are initially visible, but the dispatcher has the option to hide them if needed.

This configuration allows for flexibility in customizing the workspace while ensuring that essential information remains consistently visible.

hi, your answer is about TASK CARD - i am refering to the TASK CARD INFO.

just to let you know my findings, test it out 😉
- always show/default show is not applicable yet you can turn it true/false in the application fields setup

Hello @Ramya V ,

I want the "Enable Auto Refresh" option to appear read-only (greyed out) when it is turned on and the "Always Show" setting is set to true, but currently, it is not appearing as greyed out or read-only.
