Unable to view the Accepted Work Order Task on the Agent's Calender view.
Although the task are visible on the Dispatcher Calender.
This is not working both for Workspace View and Mobile view.
Any suggestion to fix this issue.

Hi @Sidd5 ,
The reason could be the conditions on the particular event configuration rule, that is running behind to show the WOTs on the calendar view.
You can navigate to Agent Schedule > Event Configuration and open the existing event configuration created for showing WOT on calendar. Check your condition builder or advance script to see what conditions have been implemented and make changes accordingly.
