How license is calculated for "Security Operations Professional - VR - Devices"

Hi All,
In our instance we have 10K entitlements for "Security Operations Professional - VR - Devices" subscription and currently the subscription is over the limit we have entitlements to. Can I know how the subscription is calculated for Security Operations? Is the count based on "Discovered Devices" table populated by integrations like Qualys?

How many configuration item (CI) devices do you have?
How many discovered item (DI) records do you have?

ServiceNow calculates the licenses from the Vulnerability Response Usage dashboard populated from these 2 tables:
• Discovered Items table: sn_sec_cmn_src_ci
• Container usage count table: [sn_vul_container_vr_container_counts]
Both tables and the dashboard are installed from 3 separate ServiceNow Store apps/plugins.
Ensure these ServiceNow Store apps/plugins are installed:
- Vulnerability Response Licensing and Usage [sn_vul_licensing]
- Vulnerability Response and Configuration Compliance for Containers [sn_vul_container]
- Qualys or Rapid7 Integration for Security Operations

Hi, Sec ops modules are selling as part of the package. If a particular package subscribed that related plugins from the platform and store those are all free and it comes under the package. I recommend checking the package details in the subscription overview and I recommend checking with your service now sales representative. They will provide the quote for your current subscription.

It'd be best to start with your ServiceNow Account Team first as there could be varying license options in play (older Grandfathered licenses, etc).
