Hello !
I'm relatively new to Servicenow and I'm currently working on Remediation Tasks.
I've created a few remediation task rules on of our test environment. Everything works fine. I've made an update set to export it to another environment but I can't see the remediation task rules I've created on the previous instance.
Is there a scheduled job to update them ?
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hi William,
When you refer to not being able to see your Remediation Task Rules on the previous instance, do you mean you cannot see them in the new instance or in the update set?
If you mean you cannot see them in the update set:
Remediation Task Rules are one of the items in VR that do not get automatically put in to an update set unfortunately. The easiest solution is to export them to an XML file and then import them in to your target instance. If you are not familiar with this, from the list view of your Remediation Task Rules, filter for only those that you wish to move, then right-click on a column header and then select Export>XML
Once you have your XML file, from the target instance on any list view, you can see in the above screenshot how to import the file.
Hope this helps

Hi Brad,
I didn't know you could do that, this is very useful.
Thanks a lot, this will save me a lot of time.
Have a nice day !
