ServiceNowとChatGPTの連携機能を構築しています。

API連携のテストをしているのですが、

HTTP status：429のエラーが出ます。

どなたか解決方法をご存知の方おられますでしょうか？

Like the response you have received, you must've exceeded the limit(number of api calls allowed). check the usage in and plan details and make a decision.

if the you did not exceed the limit. Try to call the API once again and if you still getting the error you can reach out to OpenAI's support team.
