Hello,
I'm trying to create a multilevel pivot report that shows the CMDB Classes with Lifecycle State = Operational in a Hierarchal view, so something similar to how CI Class Manager displays the classes, nested in the parent classes, but would only include classes with 'operational' CIs.
What I'm trying to see with this is an overall view of our CMDB, how many items are in each class, with those nested.
I've tried with different tables including the cmdb_rel tables but I haven't been able to find a way to do this. Has anyone done a report like this?
