Hi,
I am currently in the process of setting up a variety of data archiving rules, to firstly archive specific cases after 2 years alongside their related records such as: Attachments, Emails, Task SLAs, Approvals, Tasks and Child cases.
Please see what i have configured so far below:
As you can see above i have created an archive rule and managed to create additional archive related records for Attachments, Emails, Task SLAs, and Approvals. I have tested these and they are working perfectly and are also archived when the case is archived.
However i am having issues with finding the reference that will work to also archive the child cases related to the case as well as the Tasks.
As you can see below on the example case, there is a child case, a task and an approval. The approval is fine as i found the reference to archive these related records.
However, i can not find the reference to archive the child cases and related tasks. 'Child' is listed however after selecting this and testing this, it did not work. Can anybody advise on what reference i can select to ensure the child cases and related tasks are archived aswell.
@Michael Fry1 @Sebas Di Loreto - just thought to @ yourselves as i have seen you have replied to a bunch of archiving questions before. Any support would be greatly appreciated.
