We currently have 2 views of ideas created for use within our servicenow instance
1) idea portal - this is the view for users - completely OOTB
2) Ideas - this is a list view of ideas in Classic list view
Is it possible to do the following in the list view and form views on an idea form view (not portal view)
1) show comments from the idea portal in a related list on the idea form
2) add the ability in the idea form to add comments that are visible in the portal (without going to the portal to add them)
Any design ideas for it? If there are better ideas/thoughts to achieve what is needed. thanks!
