Find the below link to PPM as requested, however, please note the important point to take from this and my previous response is that you do not need to activate this or other plugins.

Agile Development will not be affected. As it works across a number of applications, if you had PPM activated (or other modules activated) additional files would be included, but as you don’t, you are simply being advised.
PPM comes at a cost so why would you need to turn this on if you don’t use it?
