Use sidebar discussion in Mobile web UI

Is it possible to use sidebar discussion in the Mobile web UI available when accessing ServiceNow from a web browser on a smartphone?
If sidebar discussion is available in mobile web UI, please let me know how to set it up!
I am not planning to use Now mobile or Mobile agent. I will only access ServiceNow from a web browser.
Also, I am able to use sidebar discussion on my desktop without any problem.
