Walk up - Schedule appointment button- Unable to book appointment from service portal- Tokyo upgrade

Hi All , 

 

After the upgrade from Rome to Tokyo  in the walk up 'Schedule appointment' button is greyed out in service portal. 

i Have also repaired the appointment booking plugin but still it didnt work.

@ServiceNow10sun Change the reason and change it back to "I need something" then a text box will appear as shown in image below. Fill that then only the button will be enabled

I have tried as you have suggested above but i didn't get any new test field :

@ServiceNow10sun Did you try changing the date as well? If not then please check that as well.

I have tried changing the date as well but still i cannot see the test box.
