Walk up - Schedule appointment button- Unable to book appointment from service portal- Tokyo upgrade

Hi All , 

 

After the upgrade from Rome to Tokyo  in the walk up 'Schedule appointment' button is greyed out in service portal. 

i Have also repaired the appointment booking plugin but still it didnt work.

@ServiceNow10sun You can check if during upgrade any of the widget is skipped. OR else you can create a HI request to get help from ServiceNow.

 

And I see one more issue that is you have upgraded from Rome to Tokyo skipping San-diego.

So getting help from ServiceNow will be the best option.

@ServiceNow10sun Change the reason and change it back to "I need something" then a text box will appear as shown in image below. Fill that then only the button will be enabled

I have tried as you have suggested above but i didn't get any new test field :
