Hi All ,
After the upgrade from Rome to Tokyo in the walk up 'Schedule appointment' button is greyed out in service portal.
i Have also repaired the appointment booking plugin but still it didnt work.

@ServiceNow10sun You can check if during upgrade any of the widget is skipped. OR else you can create a HI request to get help from ServiceNow.
And I see one more issue that is you have upgraded from Rome to Tokyo skipping San-diego.
So getting help from ServiceNow will be the best option.

Yes its been resolved after raising HI case , issue was in CS which was built by admin and Service Now team has corrected and informed us that its been corrected.
Reason for this issue was as we have skipped 1 version during upgrade from Rome to Tokyo because of which there was some change in CS was needed.
