We have an integration with Intune. I have seen it ignores existing normalized models; creates new not-normalized models and links assets to these models. So we now have Latitude 5440 as normalized as well as not-normalized model and assets are divided between them.
We have opted into the content services and have normalization done through the guided setup.
Why does Intune ignore existing normalized models when creating new CIs and in turn new assets?
