The eternal quest for the elusive CSA expiry date—you're not alone. ServiceNow likes to shake things up with interface changes, and it’s easy to lose track of where stuff lives.

Here’s how you can check your CSA (Certified System Administrator) expiration date now:

1. Log into Now Learning (https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/)

2. Click on your profile icon (top right corner).

3. Select "My Certifications" from the dropdown.

4. You'll see a list of your active certs, along with their issue and expiration dates.

If you don’t see the expiration date right away, try clicking into the CSA certification badge—sometimes it hides the good stuff a layer deeper (because why make things easy?).

Bonus tip: If it’s within 6 months of expiring, Now Learning usually starts nudging you to take a delta exam. So if you're not getting those emails yet, you might still have time to chill.
