I need to assign the value in the event rule manual attribute

Hello team,
I need to add a value dynamically in manual attribute which are placed in event rule ,
additional information have that field value , so i need to populate that filed value in the manual attribute, then only i can have the alert tags
could you please let me know the solution asap , Thanks
