Thank you for your reply. I have done some digging around and found the issues with contents for Yokohama and Zurich.

When I tried to download the ToDoProject.xlsx from Zurich and Yokohama versions, the download fails:

• Zurich link:

However, when I clicked on Xanadu, the download worked.

The screenshot is attached with this post showing the full path or follow the directions below:

1. Goto https://developer.servicenow.com/
2. Select "Learn"
3. From the dropdown select "Courses"
4. Then scroll down to the heading "Create an App from Scratch with App Engine Studio"
5. Under the heading you will find a card titled "Create an App and Data Model" then click "Start Module" button
6. From the side bar select "Exercise: Create the To do Tables"
7. In the exercise, step 1 has a link: Download the Todoproject.xlsx file. Click on the link Todoproject.xlsx

Ensure the heading on the webpage "Content available for: Zurich Yokohama Xanadu"

When Zurich and Yokohama is selected the download fails and under Xanadu the download works.
