No. You were warned and it's even common knowledge that you need to take deltas. ServiceNow has never made exceptions on this because if they do it once, they will have to do it always. And the Deltas are their money maker (no added value besides their revenue). And if you miss them, it makes them even more money, because than you have to retake the course and exam (at full price).
