try this :

• Go to System Properties > All Properties and locate (or create) glide.next_experience.user_selected_landing_page_enabled, setting it to true.
• Once enabled, the agent can click their profile icon in the top right corner, select Preferences > Display, and set their Current start page to their active workspace
