Agent is not able to see work items in his inbox

Hi Everyone,
I have 2 agents in a group which are responsible to manage interactions on workspace.The first agent is able to accept interaction and work on it whereas, the second agent is not able to see work item in his inbox but he can make himself available and is able to chat into conversation going on by other agent in agent chat.I am not sure what I am missing.Any inputs will be helpful.
