Hey how to change the state in workspace , I have created the fraud case state is work in progress hw to change it next .

Just proceed with actioning the related task  and state will be updated as it progresses.

But all the tasks are closed , I don't see state changing

 Is the Transactions task completed. Open them and see if any actions to be performed.
