Getting Started with Gen AI skills and Agentic Workflows in Now Assist for IRM

Think of these as helpful guides. Now Assist uses your company's data and best practices to suggest smart next steps. This is where Now Assist is really cool. An AI agent can go beyond summarizing or recommending and actually perform a series of actions on its own. Excellent article, I especially liked the build your own custom skill that can summarise an audit based on information like issues and also how easy it is in insert a button in the form and have the summarised content inserted into the Engagement record. Absolutely love this!!
