A dedicated half-day technical workshop focused on basic to intermediate IT Risk and Compliance concepts across the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solution. The lab will begin with fundamental topics including Entity classes, Risk& Control Libraries, and expand to workflows supporting the control attestation process and risk assessment (RCSA) process. The lab will highlight how customers can leverage their existing use of the ServiceNow platform– including the CMDB, ITSM, SecOps – to provide a foundation for IRM and automate certain tasks including continuous control monitoring (CCM).
