v10.1 of Policy Exception Request has been completely revamped, and I hope to dig deep into this soon! It is such a huge part of the application and the latest release is going to be super powerful, but it does take a little bit of configuration upfront - and the lifecycle has changed a bit... especially when raising PERs from other applications !
