Using Now Assist to streamline issue summarization in IRM

In IRM, an issue consists of vast amounts of information in descriptions, action plans, activities, etc. Risk and compliance teams need to go through this information to understand the context of an issue. Teams need weeks or months to investigate and resolve, delaying resolution.

How would one go about installing all the required components on a partner demo instance such as "https://partnerdemo5.service-now.com" so that it can be showcased to clients.

If you haven't done so already, you need to register the specific demo instance to run Now Assist capabilities. This is done through the Partner Portal.

 

After that, it's just a case of installing the plugins required for the demo, and activating Now Assist accordingly.
