Approvals for risk event

Dear All,

Need help to trigger approval on the risk event record.

Currently, Risk Events has Response Templates where approvals can be configured based on entity and event type. However, I have a requirement to trigger two-level approvals for all risk events.

Is it possible to create a flow directly for approvals without using Response Templates? At the moment, even when I attempt to use Flow Designer, it checks for matching conditions in Response Templates before creating approvals accordingly.

Additionally, I need to add custom event types beyond the Financial and Non-Financial types that are available out of the box (OOTB). So, without using response templates I need to trigger approvals on the risk event.

Any advise on the best approach to achieve this will be appreciated.

Hi @Tanushree Maiti , Thank you for the response. But what I'm looking here is an option to not to use risk response templates and trigger two level approvals for all the risk events.
