Hello,
I have a question about ootb behaviour connected to the setting "Duration (number of days)" when creating RTO assessment template for BIA. It sets Due date in the card of the assessment (panel on the right).
What is supposed to happen if not completed by due date?

Hi @AlsuT ,
Duration field on the Smart Assessment template defines the number of days added to the assessment creation date to calculate the due_date on the sn_smart_asmt_instance record.
I have a lot of open smart assessment instance overlapped due date. No state change or any OOTB action performed. I have checked for that in the instance no such OOTB configuration. You can utilize the due date for reporting or build a custom mechanism based on the due date.
ServiceNow Docs Reference: To set duration and due date and what takes precedence.
