Attestation Fails

This is in the Utah version. 

We are in the test phase of rolling out Attestation assessments for a number of Controls, each of which are individually tied to a Control Objective.  There are individual Citations that correspond to each individual Control as well (if that is a player in this situation).

Every time we run an assessment, it fails.  All questions are answered correctly, and on the submission the assessment an Issue is created.  I then have to remediate the issue to get compliance on the Attestation.

Once we have that working, I have to figure out how incorrect answers will fail an Attestation.  If someone wants to volunteer that info, I'll gladly take that as well.

I always keep the " Is the control implemented?" field at the top of all my attestations. This always triggers the Issue / Non-Compliant or Not Applicable/Compliant State on the CTRL.
