Unable to access KB Article relating to user access group feature available in IRM Product document

Hello Community, 

 

We are unable to access the KB article specified in User group-based access on GRC Tables

After login to NowSupport page - we have been receiving this error -

Could someone please help in accessing this KB Article ?

Even i cannot access it.

You need to have access to Now Support to access this KB.
