Attestation Failure, issue generation Notification not been sent.

Hi Community,

 

I am facing a issue with the notification(as mentioned below). Can someone please help. 

In prod instance the OOB notification for issue generation when attestation fails is not triggering. What could be the  possible cause for this, or the steps to investigate the issue.

Greetings @anuragsnow. Can you share screenshots or additional details about your Notification? Is the Notification being triggered by a Flow or Event? If not, can you share the "When to send" details for the Notification record?

Pls verify 'send to event creator' checkbox on the notification if attestation respondent and issue owner is same.
