GRC - Scripted Indicator Automatically Create Indicator Task

I have a scripted indicator created. When the indicator is executed, it's able to determine whether the status is passed or failed. I would like the indicator task to be created if the status is failed. Do I have to create it through the script or is there an automated (OOB) way for it to be created?

If the indicator fails, an Issue record is automatically created on the associated Control, which can then be used to capture and track corrective actions.
