We use ServiceNow to conduct an annual audit against our security policies, and primarily use control attestations to track compliance. We have received feedback from our Attestation respondents that it would be ideal to see prior year responses/evidence provided. Is there a role that we can give them that would allow them to view those details on the control record, but not have the ability to edit the control record?
