BIA smart assessments submit button missing.

Hi All!
I'm in the process of configuring an RTO and RPO smart assessments for a BIA smart assessment template, I noticed the submit button is missing after Australia release on my instance, anyone else has faced this issue?

Any guidance or tips would be greatly appreciated. Can you please advise why I'm encountering this issue and how to fix it? Thanks!

@MarcoP - Submit button is based on role and Owner of the Assessment.
Check if the Owner of the Assessment has the role mentioned in the Assessment template.
If the Assessment Owner doesn't have the same role mentioned in the Assessment template then submit button will not be available.
Also, if the contributor is taking the assessment then they won't have access to submit the assessment.

Check these 2 things.

I'm experiencing the same issue on Security Exposure Management workspace, on the questionnaires used for Exception requests. This started happening after upgrading the Smart Assessment Core plugin to version 23.0.2 (also validated on my PDI). I checked the Assessment template (sn_smart_asmt_template) and users already have the role defined on the Assessment reader role field, but are still unable to view the Submit button.

I was able to resolve this issue. I checked the release notes for Smart Assessment Core and the following apps also need to be on the same major version as the sn_smart_asmt plugin (mine were on 22 while sn_smart_asmt was on 23). After upgrading them, the Submit button is back.

Thanks for sharing your findings Monica 🙂 , in my case, I my case , Smart Assessment Core it was updated to 23 the smart assessment collab it was updated to the latest release (22.3.0) (there is no other newer version available) and the issue persist , I will raise a SN case to analyze further.
