IRM plugin installation Failed

hi when i am trying to install IRM plugin from Brazil failed getting error which is not fixing , I have tried to install dependencies , after install dependencies same error getting , please help me on this

Yep, this issue has been discussed several times right here in this forum over recent days. There's no known solution or workaround at present, and ServiceNow have not offered any advice or guidance.

It seems to be a known issue now. Since the Brazil release, several people have reported the same problem.

Some community members even tried using the Australia release PDI and encountered the same issue.

I guess there's nothing much we can do other than wait for an official communication on this.

Here are the details:

Plugin name: GRC: Compliance Management Workspace (sn_compliance_ws)

Plugin version: 23.0.5 — the version I am trying to install
Platform Patch: Australia Patch 7

The blocking dependency is Recommendation template (sn_reco_template), required at version 23.0.0 by Change Management Core (sn_grc_change_mgmt) 23.0.3.

The dependency chain is:

Compliance Management Workspace → Policy and Compliance Management → GRC Profiles → Change Management Core → Recommendation template

The installation preview marks Recommendation template as “Installation blocked”, preventing the Workspace upgrade.

Could you confirm whether this dependency is intended for PDI instances and provide a supported way to install Compliance Management Workspace 23 and other affected IRM applications without the Recommendation template?

Nothing in the release notes for this version indicates that the application requires the Recommendation template.
