BIA Work Notes Notifications

When tagging an associate with a work note while conducting a BIA, the link in the email notification is not sending the recipient back to the BCM, but rather a different view (not the details tab) where they are not able to take action.

 

Is there a way to have the system's links point back to where the note was actually created?
