Hi Everyone,
I am facing an issue in Privacy Workspace and would appreciate any insights.
On the Processing Activity > Data Subject Types related list, the "Add" button is visible and works correctly for users with the admin role. However, for certain non-admin users, the button is not displayed at all.
What we've verified so far:
- The affected users can view the existing Data Subject Type records.
- They have table-level read, write, and create access.
- They are able to create records directly on the underlying table.
- The issue appears to be specific to the Workspace experience, where the Add button is not rendered.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue in Privacy Workspace or Configurable Workspace? Are there any additional checks related to:
- Declarative Actions
- Workspace roles/permissions
- Related list configuration
- UI Builder visibility conditions
- UX components or workspace-specific security
Any guidance or troubleshooting suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
