Can servicenow HR TASK can be audited?

We work on ServiceNow HR TASK where we received Hire to Retire Queries from employee. To have task management governance on resolution that we provide we are looking for ServiceNow HR TASK audit. How do we implement audit management ?

Out-of-the-box HR Tasks [sn_hr_core_task] has Audit enabled.

Can you make your question more specific? Or was Audit disabled on your instance?

Thank you for your quick response.  We receive HR task. For example - We have a HR task requesting to action promotion of an employee. As employee data specialist we take the details from SNOW task and process the promotion transaction on Workday. We are looking to enable audit management on SNOW where we can audit this task and give our feedback to employee data specialist on case management. If there is any correction or mark error if process is not followed for the particular request.
