We are trying to setup Integrated Risk and can't find the following plugins:

Performance Analytics - GRC: Policy and Compliance Management
GRC: Policy and Compliance Management
GRC: DataRegistry
GRC: Risk Heatmap
GRC: 360 degree relationship visualization
GRC: Common Workspace Elements

What the store says its installed as with other modules. How do I confirm the above plugins are installed or how do I find them to install? What we have installed are...
GRC Advanced Core
GRC Audit Management
GRC Performance Analytics Premium
GRC Policy and Compliance Management
GRC Profiles
GRC Risk Management
GRC taxonomy management

In the end we just used the IRM installer to do a complete install. The partner we are working with was trying to do a surgical install to avoid adding complexity added by modules we won't be using.

What we did later find is a new bug using the installer, PRB1559939. The installer has overriden the Business Rule Admin ACL now requiring people to have GRC Admin to be able to perform the Business Rule Admin role. Not sure if it overrode anything else.. working with SNOW support on determining the full scope of impact.

Be careful installing IRM.

Hi Charles,

When I go to System Definition -> Plugins I can find for example "Policy and Compliance Management":

You are on the Rome release?

As for those related plugins, from Orlando on they are automatically installed:

Note: Starting in Orlando, dependency plugins are automatically installed when you activate these GRC core applications:

  • Audit Management
  • Policy and Compliance Management
  • Risk Management

For example, when you activate the Risk Management application, the Risk Management Dependencies plugin is also activated.

Reference: Download a GRC application from the ServiceNow Store for the first time

Here you can find an overview of the GRC packs:

Store - Governance, Risk, and Compliance release notes

the P&C module was a typo from his part since he listed it as already installed. The bigger issue is finding the "smaller" plugins that gets installed in the background. Simply using sys_store_app solves his issues 🙂

@Charles Lowe - if Willem's response did not help (I think it does). Could you give us a link to where in the Store you are seeing reference to those items? They have updated the install process so that some of the dependent plugins automatically get installed and the user doesn't have to do them one by one.

I am teaching the Risk and Compliance implementation course and these are the scoped apps that I see in my app picker drop down. (FYI - we are running on Quebec, not Rome)

@Jan Spurlin Using sys_store_app.list you can see the dependent plugins easily 🙂
