Can we configure UI Action or declarative action on the assessment workspace

Hi Experts,

Am stuck with a requirement to create a workflow on the assessment workspace to create a UI action/declarative action and send the newly assessment to the approval before generating assessment instances to the users.

Am unable to create UI action/declarative action on the Home page as its not directly linked to a table.

looks like a designer page or template page. 

This requirement is long standing one, requesting for a Guidance if this requirement is possible or not, if possible, how this requirement can be achieved.

UI action/declarative action are linked to tables. This is a different page altogether. You need to update this page on the ui builder. Better to duplicate it before making any changes.
