Can we use any auto reply bots in the servicenow community

Is there any way to integrate AI bot to generate auto replies for the questions that are asking in the servicenow community.

Just want to check I understand what you are asking ...

 

Is the question: Could ServiceNow use a chatbot to answer questions posted here on the Community?

 

That would be great if they did! There are certain questions that get asked over and over and over - it's so tedious.

 

The obvious follow-up question is why don't they deploy Virtual Agent on the site? I assume the answer to that is: because the Community is run on a third-party platform (Khoros) it would be difficult to implement.
